Knowing who you are looking for is important in recruitment, but also understanding how to find it within the conversations we're having is equally important. This activity takes you through an exercise that allows you to determine, as a chapter, the qualities you are looking for in a potential member, develop a consistent idea of what those qualities look like in a person, and identify the way you can learn those things within normal natural conversation.
This activity should be facilitated by an advisor, leadership consultant, graduate assistant or Fraternity/Sorority adivsor, not an undergraduate member.
