We Don't Recruit

For many culturally based fraternal organizations the phrase "We Don't Recruit" sounds far too familiar.

What if we took responsibility for finding the right members?
What if we had the chance to expose our organizations to more people?
What would happen if we secured more of the right members because we built more relationships?

It's time to let go of the "We Don't Recruit" mantra and lift up growth in culturally based fraternities and sororities.
